roject management is an integral piece of the success of any clinical trial. It takes knowledge, leadership, and solid organizational skills to meet the demand for control and compliance in clinical research. In addition to these characteristics, MedTrials' project managers possess diplomacy, interpersonal skills, and genuine sensitivity to each member of the research team.

Our project managers are assigned projects based upon their expertise, interest, and overall fit for a given client. They are required to be skilled in:

  • Project scoping
  • Clinical team selection and training
  • Monitoring plan development and execution
  • Assigning of a project lead (CRA responsible for day-to-day project coordination)
  • Establishing measurable project benchmarks
  • Communicating project requirements and assessment standards to quality assurance and all team members
  • Verifying all project team members receive appropriate SOP training as specified by the sponsor
  • Development of project-specific tools, training materials, communication tools, and contingency plans
  • Quality control
  • Overall management of project budget, deliverables, and timelines
  • Project communication between MedTrials and client
