Who is MedTrials?
MedTrials is a Contract Research Organization (CRO), headquartered in Dallas, Texas with an extensive team of regional employees across North America. We are able to maintain the culture we created over 30 years ago by acknowledging, engaging, and investing in our most important asset, our people. Our focus on employee engagement and development provides each person with the opportunity to work in a culture focused on doing things the right way with the right people.
Why should you work here?
People choose MedTrials for our culture. A culture that provides connection and collaboration with project team members, department counterparts, and access to the executive leadership team. We introduce new hires to our culture through new hire onboarding. Onboarding begins with corporate orientation and continues over the first 90-days of employment to provide position specific training. By the end of onboarding each employee feels informed and confident to function in all aspects of their role within the organization.
